School Shootings
"Every year 2,900 children and teens are shot and killed and nearly 15,600 more are shot and injured. An estimated 3 million American children are exposed to shootings per year."
"We live in a crazy time. Every other week, there's a school shooting. There's always some nutty thing and I've always wanted to kind of understand the crazy." ~ Richard Patrick
A school shooting is an attack on an educational institution such as a primary or secondary school involving the use of firearms.
It is astonishing that someone could have an impulse to use firearms against adolescents and teens that want to receive an education.
The impact of school shooting on youths, on both their mental and physical health and their families is unfathomable to an extend where you cannot imagine what adolescents are going through until you experience it yourself.
