One of the UN's 17 goals, the road to clean and affordable energy is goal number 7, which aims for energy to be widely available as well as sustainable. 

Did you know that 13% of the global population still lacks access to modern electricity and 3 billion people rely on wood, coal, charcoal or animal waste for cooking and heating. Energy also accounts for 60% of total global greenhouse gas emissions.
